The Belleville Public Library and Information Center’s Children’s Room is dedicated to serving children and caregivers of the community.

All young patrons are welcome to browse our collection of picture, early reader, non-fiction, and juvenile chapter books.

Crafternoon

All Ages welcome

Express yourself artistically with our monthly art sessions. Young patrons will create crafts using step-by-step instructions provided by the librarian.

LEGO Challenges

All Ages welcome.

Monthly LEGO challenges encourage our young patrons to think outside of the box.

Preschool Storytime

Ages 2-6 years old.

We will read story books, sing songs, and do crafts afterwards.

If the weather is nice there is always an opportunity to draw with chalk on Academy street.

Busy Bee! & Let’s Chalk About It!

All Ages Welcome.

Busy Bee! is a sensory based program with games and sensory bins.

Let’s Chalk About It! is an outdoor art activity with chalk.

Take and Make

All Ages

Monthly craft kits available to take home. Registration is required.

Bingo

Ages 5 and older.

Bingo is an interactive activity for the whole family to enjoy. All participants will enter in a raffle to win prizes.
