College Scholarship Workshop 2026

monday March 16, 2026 at 6:00 pm

The Belleville Public Library would like to bring an interesting opportunity to the attention of our teens – especially our college bound seniors.

The cost of everything is up these days so parents and students should welcome news of free money. A scholarship is money awarded to students, usually for academic achievements or status, in the form of a grant that doesn’t need to be repaid.

There are all kinds of scholarships available to students. In many cases students just fill out an application and write an essay. The first step is finding the scholarship.

The College Scholarship Workshop is here to help. Find out about resources for locating scholarships and the strategies to successfully apply for them.

The workshop will take place on March 16, 2026 at 6:00 pm in the Belleville Public Library’s Teen Center.

This program is brought to you by High School Academic Support and the Belleville Public Library.
